I’ve been looking for this forever, and FINALLY found it. A bathing suit with shorts! Not board shorts, but actual shorts that are lined so you can wear them in the water. They’re the oceanside shorts from Athleta.

Athleta has so many bathing suit coordinates it’s hard to make up your mind. I got the catalog from a friend and ordered the same day.

When I got my order, another friend saw the catalog and took it and I still don’t have it back! She took it to a baseball game and all the moms there were trying to take it from her. My neighbor also got a suit (with the shorts) from Athleta, and she loves it.

The prices are good and you can mix and match several pieces to get that perfect look that you want.

They also have these really cool cami tops with a bra (padded no less!) built in.

And if you didn’t read between the lines above: I’ll warn you now… if you get the catalog, hide it until you’re ready to “loan” it to someone, and when you do that, don’t expect to get it back.
