I have this yoga mat and LOVE it. I have a different print, though. The cool thing about this mat is you can choose the print to reflect your personality. I get compliments on mine all the time. Partly because most mats are plain and solid colored and since this one isn’t, people notice. But it’s also just plain cute!

This Gaiam mat is the right density. It works at home and the yoga studio and the gym. You can clean it (especially after the gym!) and there are matching yoga mat bags to choose from to carry it to and from all those places.

If you’re not into yoga, this mat is great to keep rolled up somewhere for doing situps and floor work at home. It’s way more comfortable than an old beach towel and won’t slip around while you’re trying to do your fitness thing.
