Okay, so in theory your eyes can look more vibrant with the following regimen…curl lashes, apply two coats of mascara and then line inner rims with pencil (like this Eye Bright from Benefit).
You are supposed to finish with a dot of sparkly liner on the inner corners of your eyes and then silver shadow on the center of lids.
I’ll go as far as the Eye Bright. The rest is just too much trouble. Think I’ll get a “4 Hours of Sleep” look?

HEY! I use this stuff. I love it! I use several things from Benefit and each is really good.
