I’ve decided I need a cutting board that sits out on my counter all the time like the stars on the Food Network have. This Acacia Wood Cutting Board by Mountain Woods is what I need. Yep. This one.

I watched a lot of TV yesterday (hey, I’m on spring break!) and all the Food Network people had beautiful cutting boards out on their counter. They looked so pretty. The stars looks so prepared, just throwing out a handful of this or that and chopping it right up. That should be me.

Anyway, this board is great and will look nice sitting out on any counter. Be sure to season it with oil to keep the wood from drying out.
