This is a 6 week program. It tells you how to exercise, what to eat and what to do to get the best results. It really works. I love to do the very first program, Start It Up when I want a quick but intense workout. It’s low impact but works you hard at the same time.

My husband just did this program and lost quite a bit of weight (it always happens faster for the guys, dammit!) really fast. I highly recommend it.

I tried it before I watched the DVD…not pretty. When they say the minerals are creamy, they’re right. For some reason they go on way nicer than powder, and they don’t accentuate every line and wrinkle.

I like the colors, the fact that it has an SPF of 15 and that the brushes are some of the best I’ve ever used. It’s totally worth the price. Just the brushes alone, especially with their quality, would run you what they charge for the entire set.
